Welcome to Knalla Mine and Zinkgruvan Mining Museum

If you are looking for a family adventure this summer you have come to the right place.

We offer guided tours of our mining museum. The tour showcases interesting facts about mining as well as photographs and exhibitions.

We also offer a mini train ride which is a favourite with children.

Mining Museum:

june 24 – august 9.

Monday – friday FROM 10.00 am – 4.00 pm.

Tickets & pricing

Museum (mini train ride included): 50 SEK /person

Groups larger than 10 people: 40 SEK/person

Follow signs to Zinkgruvan from highway 50, south or north of Askersund, when you  arrive to the small town of Zinkgruvan follow the signs to “Gruvmuseum”.
